Earlier today I was in front of the house when I saw a Jamesothy walking in the middle of the road. I thought it could have yellow fever because it was walking slowly so I picked up a board and snuck up behind it before striking it as hard as I could with the board. The first strike stunned it, or knocked it out, and after that I crushed it's head with the board. Then I got a spade and buried it in the front yard.
Later I found out that it's just a Jamesothy's nature to walk slowly. This made me feel really bad because I realized that it probably didn't have yellow fever. I've killed tons of Jamesothy's before, but this was different. Now that I know it didn't have yellow fever it seems like it was pretty happy by the way that it was walking when I think about it. It was just minding it's business. It didn't even get a chance to see me before I hit it over the head and proceeded to take it's life. I really wish I hadn't done that. I wish I had just left it alone.
