Idk why anyone would miss elliot rodger. I have read his manifesto and his story is tragic and somewhat relatable (feds I am not going to go ER dw). However I dont support his actions but everyone has a limit. You can't abuse/ingore people and not expect them to rope or lash out.

ER would attempt to kill every user on this site, including you @spiderchad. He was beyond saving months/years before the shooting. The final straw for him imo was when his last friend cut ties with him after the restraunt inccident. (Idk what his name was, its been a while since I read it and there is no reason to read it again).

His shitty parenting (his dad was the biggest narcy) combined with him having a superiority complex due to being rich lead to him performing a mass shooting.

Yeah it was a very interesting case when that shooting happened. I lived in virginia at the time, and it was big news for a few weeks. But no one ever said anything about how he was an incel or whatever the equivalent word would have been at that time, or about his social rejection. It was just “some nutjob shot up vt” and they never talked about him, because even the virginia tech staff looked into it and they saw that everyone had been treating him like shit, and they didnt want it to become known and hurt their PR. But these other shooters were definitely easier to vilify since they didnt have that same kind of documented mistreatment.
