Depends on you really. Are you getting sleep? Try getting good sleep everyday for a month, if they aren't still gone, not much you can do. I'm not gonna waste your time by saying do this and that because there's nothing you can do if your sleep is good except for surgery.

You're trying to go against your body that's why. Your body wants to eat, while you're starving yourself. Do healthier ways of calorie deficit. Take foods you love and make them high protein and low in carbs.

To lose weight as fast as possible, it's DNP for sure. Other than that clenbuterol which I don't recommend at all.

Naturally, eating in a calorie deficit and doing cardio (no shit) you can drink coffee and water everyday to suppress your appetite like crazy.

About widening jaw, implants are not that expensive, at 4-6k for actual good results. Fillers are quicker but they mitigate over time depending on filler type.

Chewing gum will make you look bad.
