I know exactly what I need to do to look better feel better and have a all round good life but I can’t do it there’s always something stopping me oh I’ll do it tomorrow or what will people think and it’s demotivating and depressing i know a lot of people think like this

If you’re ugly just do it who cares it’s better than being hideous. If it actually works than no one will think badly because you’ll look good
