For gay people, the only difference is they are attracted to another gender so it doesnt matter to us cuz we're smart. But for trans people, they feel theyre not meant to be in the body theyre in and actually will completely change it if it doesnt feel right. Also if youre a human male disguised as a female, yk the gender you are attracted to, it becomes uncanny. I imagine this is what goes through women's minds when they see a looksmaxxer calling them uncanny. Its a human trying to become something completely different.
