I Ldar’d for 2 day straight and things are going south😱

I recently got sick and I had to LDAR for two days straight now tommorow might make three but I’m very scared because my extremities are rapidly growing and my bones hurt im getting stretch marks basically only my hands and feet are growing and I do not know how to stop this

This will be me by day 10 at this pace.
