I legit don’t know what to say in social situations and it’s ruining my social life

Nothing comes to my mind ever and it aggravates me, if I try to force it I just say something really awkward and unnecessary. It’s so hard to talk to people, I used to use my friends adderall because I could actually talk to people like a normal person but I hate the fact that I have to self medicate for the bare minimum
