probably 3 days a week I legit cannot sleep.

the other 4 days I sleep, but only about 5.hours, and wake up a complete wreck.

I cut myself multiple times about 2 days ago, and a white girl saw it, but I bs her and said oh no, a cat attacked me, think I got away with it.

I havent taken clozapine for nearly 6 weeks because it makes me dumb as fuck.

I stick to 1500 cals on the days I'm alone (most) and about 2500 on days I'm not.

I religiously walk 10k steps EVERY day, and lift heavy 2 days a week (1 day pull, 1 day push).

I am smoking way too much, like a pack every 2 days.

my shrink and 2 people at my work told me my bff is not real, hes just an imaginary, better version of me.

I am now worried I am going to die in a matter of months

the only remedy to this is getting real friends. That or go to a psychiatrist and get hopped up on some drugs.

You think melatonin is cope? Seems to the job for me but I don’t have insomnia so idk
It’s not cope but it makes you feel like shit the next day

Insomnia is a bitch. Chronic insomnia makes me not sleep for 1+ week and there's nothing I can do to fix it.
I visited a sleep specialist and was thoroughly examined for fatal insomnia due to not sleeping. Unfortunately I didn't posess the PRNP gene and later realized my self-destrutive degenerate OCD brain is the troublemaker.

If you constantly think about lacking the ability to sleep when you go to bed, then you'll not sleep. Don't use your phone or any advices when you go to bed. You need to gaslight your brain into thinking bed = sleep and nothing else. If you don't fall asleep after laying in bed for 20 minutes, stand up and read a book, puzzle or do any activities which elevates your brain activity. When you feel tired, go back to bed again and repeat the process if you can't sleep again after 20 minutes.

I don't understand how you are paid while having been to the psychiatry ward

  • Low dose melatonin (not high)
MIT found that most people do better on low dose melatonin. This has been my experience as well. At high doses melatonin will merely give you even more psychiatric side effects, interrupt your sleep, and lower your T (testosterone)​
  • Ensure magnesium + calcium + vitamin C.
Spread throughout the day, suggest twice a day low to medium dose, as all can make you urinate, especially no late evening vitamin C. Keep vitamin C close to 100% rda total, not significantly more, as it will be excreted and wasted and overwork your kidneys all at once​

Low dose melatonin does nothing for me, I need 15mg minimum
 
Low = less than 1 mg

The plan is to cut the dosage to 0 by 20 days.

Yeah shit makes me dumb as well. I was solving Cambridge uni questions before being hospitalized and medicated. Now I can't even understand O levels/secondary school level Calculus.
