so never worry if no good thoughts come for 10 hours, it just means ur brain is loading the good thoughts

like the longer no good thoughts come naturally, the more brutal they will be when they naturally come after 10 hours

so im saying its very normal to have no good high iq thoughts for 10 hours

after sleep its the same, my best thoughts usually come after sleep, cuz they were loading during sleep, when i wake up i feel fresh
