Ngl even if he might have gotten botched still once his swelling goes down and he gets lean he will def look better than pre surgery, his autoimmune issues cause the swelling to take way longer but he wasted way to much money on the hardmaxxes when they won’t really change all that much in dating
 
It's hard to feel bad when he was warned multiple times by multiple different people (who've gotten actual surgeries) to drop this plan
