Like at the county fair and all the families and children are there having fun. But then some disheveled vagrant wonders in from the forest next to the fair and makes everyone uncomfortable and scared.
Or when all the kids are drinking, smoking and partying in the park. Getting lit and enjoying their youth. But then some old fart strolls in between them and starts feeding the ducks and the swans.
I love when an out of place person wonders in and makes everyone uncomfortable. Bonus points if they feel unsafe too.
