Debates as a concept take human analytical skills and use them to do jack shit
Unless you’re in some position of power it doesnt mean anything, even if you’re correct, it doesnt change anything

They take human aggression and pent up hormones and synthesize them into what’s meant to be an evolution from predecessors using thought and personal experience

So in other words, its useless, it wont actually relieve or alleviate any stress you had, or annoyance on a topic
So watching stupid people, or rather not even stupid but just undereducated on the specific topic gives me some relief
As long as no ones mascarading as some high iq autist I have fun watching

Its pretty much a talent show of who can make the other look more stupid but all together it aids no one in achieving their goals, peak comedy
