Skyrim's OST is really snoozeworthy. It's objectively high-quality work, but making it the soundtrack for an action RPG was a very poor decision.

Disagree. When compared to the Witcher’s soundtrack then sure, it’s boring. But I like how it makes you feel like you’re part of the world, like you could close your eyes and imagine yourself as a farmer or idk, a dragon stone translator.

I feel like this could've been done with a more exciting soundtrack, but I do agree, it does add to the immersion, mainly because it's high-quality and fits the theme.
 
I love that the Skyrim soundtrack is so soothing, just for the reason Elliot Rodgers son stated.
