I am also sometimes bloodthirsty and do my best to hold back. I think this is because of everything in this age we live in, Movies, games, music everything contains violence. Of course children who are exposed to this will grow up violent.
Its an inherent trait in some people I never chose to be this way. Really I could cope and say I am a law abiding citizen but the only difference between me and a guy on the news is 20 IQ points and being higher in long term planning. Alcohol is different then a lot of drug imo. Weed ritalin and other stuff I have taken physically changes my perspective or mental ability. With alcohol I never feel like that I am always myself but I also lose the ability to care about consequences and it amplifies what I want to do.
The problem with alcohol is that after a while you will become dependent on it. If you don't feel good or don't feel at home somewhere you will immediately reach for the bottle.
