i used to be incredibly social and knew how to talk, had posture, body language and such,

then i moved away from my friends, i didn’t bother making new ones i simply closed off and became asocial, then along the years from not talking to that many people i literally have no idea how to talk to people, am clumsy, have a awkward posture and overall body language , HEAVY on clumsy though omfg
