I ll try eating bones

Like recently looked through how much vitamins considered in animals bones
I tried yesterday eating fishs one and thats even tastes decent at least it's not tasteless
Today will try to but this time ill I'll grind the bones into one substance to make it faster and easier to eat
And ofc u need to be careful cause thats not safe
