100% of time i’m alone and stopped going out or seeing anyone
i’m ordering my grocery’s directly to my door
ordered all my gym equipment i need for home

has to be my nervous system went too far in survival mode
i stopped giving a shit about anything
im just gonna workout at home eat , sleep rest and grow
and do my skincare take my supplements and shit and work at home

cuz my enviroment where i’m currently in is a fucking mental shithole full of old people and low vibe screaming sick people that’s too taxing on my nervous system and a friend i had here is trauma dumping his shit on me and waisting my time sucking up my energy i quit contact i had to i never felt good after spending time with him his energy is weird and sucking mine up
hope soon gonna get my own

for now i’m working out at home , learning skill , and resting a lot

EXACTLYYY it just feels like theyre using you to pass the time or get something off their chest or just straightup boost their own morale and ego whilst neglecting yours and its so annoying having to deal with that like it feels the only reason am with them is cause am convenient and what pmo the most is when they try to compare their own struggles to mine even though they dont even actually know anything about me
