I dont understand what gyno and beergut lol i just not flexed bro .I always had big fridge form stomatch and not very big legs and arms but not skinny .Its called muscles atrophy when i born diseases so my all muscles in stomatch because it protects organs .I only need to train other groups not abs .i cannot do anything
