I look bloated with sodium

What potassium supplément I could take to counteract sodium intake. For health reasons I can't remove some of the sodium food I take everyday.. So I probably need high potassium intake

Unless you have a high count of sodium in your diet, some sodium won't cause bloating to such a degree.
