Maybe experiment with hairstyles for your face shape try to grow ur lashes using lash serum or whatever. Of course, photos are not accurate, what you see in the mirror is what you are, except flipped. So how you see yourself in terms of attractiveness in the mirror is basically what others see, not a photo as it distorts your face. Your face has a good shape but try to grow facial hair. Try a disconnected goatee, or if u can grow a beard, grow beard. It will perfect your look.

Even mirror selfies are not an accurate depiction. Nothing is comparable to irl and real eyes.

When u look at urself irl, and then the mirror, just remember that theres a reason why models dont use phone cameras but full perfect lighting makeup perfect angles and expensive as cameras to capture life as realistically as possible
