Low-mid mtn. Cantho or fox eye would do so much justice. Haven’t seen a side profile but you nose doesn’t look terrible here

Most people say maintenance + like 100kcal to lean bulk

yea but a 100 calorie surplus isnt gonna make you look bloated. You'll gain bodyfat in a veeeryyy slow process eating that way. if youre eating like that and you look bloated, then you already had high levels of bodyfat before, or maybe its mostly water retention. Or youre eating more than that and are bad at counting calories

Holy hell a morph of BVLL and Badger became sentient. As a user suggested earlier I'd look into the possibility of cheek implants to help balance out your long face.

I'd also want to ask is that your natural skin tone or a tan? If it's a tan then you can consider trying to remove it since it's a very unflattering yellow/orange and considering the usage of more natural looking blush to bring some colour to your skin.
