I look much younger for my age or maybe im js too much chopped

im 19 and going to be 20 very soon but I look much younger for my age.
I am very new to these looksmaxing things and I know I am too late but can someone guide me to improve myself if there is slightest chance of improving.

And i don't know how to take proper photos to show maybe my phone camera is too bad that's why I look different in different photos.
PLEASE HELP ME IF IT'S POSSIBLE.
