Well it's better to take it with the camera at eye level with it at the same angle as your eyes. But the best way to take photos is taking a picture of the mirror, about 3-5 feet away, to minimize distortion.

Better. I just tested it myself. It's subtle, but angling it up so that my head is at the bottom elongates my midface. Main thing for getting an accurate photo of yourself is having a ~6 feet distance, so you aren't distorted.

No. From other photos I've seen I'd say you're HTN. This is a bad pic of you, but you can still tell you've got a square jaw, and decent eyebrows and cheekbones.

Yeah. Wider face and better eye area, that's much more accurate to how you look irl.
