First of all, I always looked younger than my age because of my smallish frame (I'm 6ft but slim built) and skull shape. That being said soft tissue can make you look younger or older.
Still now at 30yo nobody believe I'm this old, everybody think I'm a college student and when they don't ask for my ID I manage to get discounts reserved for college students

Looking back at my pics I definitely look younger now than some years ago, the reason is that I follow a very healthy and restrictive diet and I follow some good anti age routine.
Here is my blueprint.
Diet:
- No gluten whatsoever (it's inflammatory, make you age faster...and it causes brain fog in my case so for me it's a big no)
- No alchool
- No junk food
My diet is composed of only these foods: beef liver (the most nutrient dense food on the planet by far...I eat it multiple times per week), grass fed beef, organic chicken, wild salmon, sardines, mackerel, shellfish, all kind of vegetables in big amounts (except nightshades), avocado, berries and other low sugar fruits, sweet potatoes, 100% dark chocolate, nuts, almonds, greek yogurt, lactose free milk and whey protein, rice, corn pasta (sometimes) and bacon (not often). I don't eat anything else. For drinks I only drink water and green tea (matcha), a coffee per day upon waking up. Rarely I drink red wine, nothing else.
As for supplements I take omega 3 (one rich in DHA, don't care much about EPA), bioavailable curcumin, inulin (it's fibers for the microbiota that feed with it and produces butyrate) and now that I take finasteride I also take l-arginine.
As for medications I take finasteride.
My skin routine is: lasers (CO2 and Fraxel), vitamin C serum, copper peptides, microneedling (with derminator), retin A, and a face detergent.
Nobody believe I'm 30yo, to the point that my friend and colleagues always joke about it
Diet is extremely important...years ago I ate like shit....pizza, ice cream, frozen pasta, cured meat, chocolate, gluten, all sort of junk food, alchool, coca cola ecc and I looked older than I look now. It's true we are what we eat. If you eat like shit there is no skin routine that can make you look younger
