The only thing that change is your skin got better and the lighting your still a sub 5 by default am not saying this to downgrade you but you are a true sub 5 and am basing this on your bone structure colouring and features you truly got the opposite of the genetic lottery try hard maxxing start with the ears it will cost 3k to fix then
