I wake up 195cm and within like an hour drop down to 193cm and then before going to sleep im 192, so almost 1 and a half inches worth of height loss, fucking bullshit man

Tall ppl lose more height. I wake up at 5’9.6ish and at midnight I’m 5’9 flat sometimes bleeding into the 5’8s. So I only lose like 0.6 inches.
