I lost 20 pounds but my face is still fat

I lost around 15 pounds the first 2 months of dieting and working out. And in the last 3 days after my wisdom teeth removal surgery lost another 5 pounds cuz i can't eat properly. went from 167lb 2 months ago to 145 today. tbf im still a bit swollen from the surgery, hopefully when the swelling goes down i'll see some results. Also, did i lose a lost of muslce mass? since i lost like 5 pounds in 3 days and i didn't work out for those 3 days
