I lost 3kg of weight

I don't get it, i was 82kg one month ago, weighted again today, and it was 79kg this time :feelscry:, both times measured after pooping and no food eating (in fact i drank 2 cups of milk this time so its more ironic i turned out lighter).

I feel mildly devastated, i eat at least 3000 calories everyday cause i autistically measure everything i eat. The only thing that changed the past 10 days is that i haven't went to gym for a week cause of a final im studying for, and that i have been intermitent fasting (non intentionally, just don't feel hungry at all) so basically eat all my calories around 9pm-1am, which means i fast for 20 hours without food.

Reminder 3kg is 21 000 calories, does this mean the calories in calories out thing is bullshit? Looks like my body loves to burn energy like crazy. Could i be having hyperthyroidism or something :feelscry:

3kg is nothing. You can fluctuate that amount easily. Measure again for next 3 days see whatsup.

Idk tbh, 1kg is normal, but 3kg isn't, reason is that my lifestyle is consistent, i eat almost the exact same food everyday, and same water and salt intake, so there would be no reason for this to happen.

Do you think its maybe cause i completely depleted my glycogen stores? Cause i measured myself 20 hours after having last eaten. Maybe I lost alot of glycogen so thats why

Because you automatically eat less and more FFA are liberated into the bloodstream

But i don't, i eat the same, cause the food i eat is the same, 1.5kg potatoes, 350g beef, 5 eggs, 1L of low fat milk, 200-300g of grapes, 40-60g of butter.

The exact same thing everyday, the only difference is the fruit, i ate watermelon and peaches when they were in season, now its grapes

You burn more energy on amphetamines so your Calories out part is higher
