Keep the progress going. Meanwhile you lose 5 kg in 7 days, @BrahminBoss will gain 10 kg by the time he comes back here

Well, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone but I cut down hard on calories. Instead of eating multiple meals a day, I would have one meal a day. I have had two days where I woke up late at night so I thought “screw it, not gonna eat anything.” But I did eat a bunch of popsicles and I had sugar consumption as well, so it’s not necessarily the most I could have gotten out of it.

Thanks! It’s a bit frustrating though because the first few days, I lost quickly. But today and yesterday, I only lost 0.6 kg in total (today, 0.4 kg and yesterday 0.2 kg) while in the beginning I would lost that much or more in just one day.

Yes bhai. I have to. My family keeps telling me I’m fat and that I should lose weight but I said I’m enjoying my vacation. Well, classes start next week so I figure why not have an early start. My goal weight for now is 70 kg.

I think that was the first few days since I’m no longer losing as fast as I did and it’s pretty frustrating. But yes, I’ll keep going. I have to. I’m not even moving around, so when college starts, I’ll lose more weight again. I plan on walking there and back (1 hour of cardio, basically).

I heard smoking does the trick too so I was smoking a few cigs (I already had cigarettes, but that’s because I was feeling a bit down, so I thought it was a nice plus). I love watermelon 🍉 though. :ogre:

I’m untrained! I’m not tall, I’m short. I’m 5’10” or 5’11” (people say I am 5’11”) but I prefer to go with 5’10” to be on the safe side.

Congrats btw you mog me. I lost 10kgs in 3 months by going from 3 meals a day to only 2. I usually skip lunch now and try to do cardio 2x a day when I can.

You should cut then since you're overweight! Do you know how how to go about it or you need some help?

To be honest, your method is a lot better than mine! Though mine also teaches you discipline, so there’s that. It’s like a trade-off. Not having as much dietary restrictions is a lot better. Since I’m not moving around much and living a sedentary lifestyle, I think I have to give up on my diet more. Once college starts and I have a reason to be outside everyday, I can make changes again.

I am cutting! I only eat one meal a day now. And often it’s even below 500 kcal, so it’s probably too much.

Thanks bhai. Good luck to you too. Like, at least you have a nice body now. You don’t have a belly that sticks out.

Yeah and maybe you can benefit if your college has a gym. You can save time tbh.

I’m not going to do that haha. I am far too lazy to go to the gym.

Id be careful if i was you, especially considering ur paki, drink a lot of water with hymalaian salt and dont cut on calories too hard, otherwise you are telling your body you re starving and it will make u gain the fat back after u stop cutting , i also suggest doing calisthenics, u dont even need to do much , just 3 sets per muscle group to failure .

Funny you mention Himalayan salt because it comes from Pakistan. 🤣

Yes, I’m basically starving myself - but I have employed this method for quite some time now. It’s true, when I stop the diet, I end up gaining a few kgs, that’s why I am aiming at 70 kg so I can be 75 kg maybe when I don’t have any restrictions anymore. Or I could lower my initial goal so I can be 70 kg.

Yes , it contains like 52 minerals and it wont cause bloating like regular salt, it s definetely worth it for healthmaxxing.

I’m basically starving myself
This isnt good, u ll feel like shit and perform like shit , at least make sure you re getting in all needed micronutrients

I just wanted to flex and say that Himalayan salt is a Pakistani product. Most people don’t know that.

I agree, but I’m also a NEET for a few more days. That’s why. It’s temporary. Next week, classes start and I’ll incorporate cardio into my routine. That way, I don’t have to starve myself (as much).
