I'm in the gym for almost 3 years, I did bro split for 2 and later ppl. The gains were okay nothing crazy. I recently switched to U/L ppl (6 months ago) and I lost all my size especially in legs and arms. What could be the problem, I thought it was the best split oat.

medical issue maybe, I am not sure

i promise you changing a split will not cause muscle detriment like this

unless you are overtraining horribly with super high volume since you don't know how to program

or diet changes maybe?

if you are training well changing a split wont cause this

reason 1: you were on roids and stopped taking them
reason 2: you never had the muscle you think you did
reason 3: you got some fuckin worm living in u stealing nutrients
reason 4: you got cancer or smthn

go and get bloodwork def something wrong with your health if youre being honest

cause I asked if it could be a reason the split change that made me lose the muscles. I don't feel bad like I have a giant worm

Eat more raw animal based food and remove yourself from the competition. It'll fix all your problems trust.

Either not enough rest days or not training the same intensity as you were
 
How are you lifts tho ? cause you usually strength loss is a symptom of muscle loss as well. So are you lifts still progressing at all ? if not than yea your def experiencing muscle loss. It could also be the fact your starving yourself and not drinking enough water thus causing the muscle too look "deflated" almost.

I did stop drinking a lot, I'm drinking about 2L a day now. My strength is increasing but veeeery slowly
