Rexuya here, I want to show u what happens with your body and face during a Eating disorder, and warn u not starving during puberty cuz it’s horrible for your mental health and growth

I always was the fat kid in the friend group until I started a calorie deficit when I was 13 years old, cuz I was fed up with being the fat guy who was always laughed at by the girls my age and always having to hear the jokes "muh McDonald's regular customer"

This was my progress from 2022->2024

I had the muscle mass of a 5 year old girl, cuz i was doing boxing matches and trained 6x a week boxing (cardiomaxxing) without any strength training jfl
After i quit boxing I started hit the gym, and my noob gains was crazy asf, I got compliments that my body is very good for a 16 y/o.
Sadly I fell back into that fucking rabbit hole, I was 77kg 1.85cm lean with a mirin frame, but I still felt like a fat fuck and I just started injecting tirzepatide with a to high dose, my mood was very fucked, I quit jerking off cuz my test was probably on the same level like my mum jfl (I used to goon every day) I got so fucking depressed and miserable that I break the contact with a girl what truly loves my (my current girlfriend) and cried nights for no reason

I went from fucking 77kg to 69,5kg in 2 months, I'm very happy with my face but the mental health and physique is fucked, and I think I'm gonna gymmax again cuz I feel very insecure and not dominant enough for my gf, if u have some recommendations for me than pls answer on this post cuz my current situation is very fucked

I was/am to blackpilled and wanted to have a very sharp face, At that moment, I didn't care about my body or my mental health my face was the priority.

just read all the thread, it didn't look you starved all that much tbh. Obviously you got pretty lean but not to anorexia-levels luckly
if that would have acctualy happend you would have fucked up your development
