I lost all my gains from 5 months gymcelling

I was at 72kg with a okay physique. 2 weeks ago i developed a appendix inflammation and was not able to train and barely eat for 1 week.
I lost 3.5kg and look like a different person. 178cm and 68.5kg which is a joke to 99% of girls. I should at least weigh 80kg.

and 2 weeks aint wven that much of a time frame you probably lost more fat then anyway and your bdd is just messing with u

Yeah lol,everyone is insecure these days because they're comparing themselves to Instagram models who are on copious amounts of drugs and photoshop

Hope you get well soon, I don’t think you can loose muscle mass that fast in 2-3 weeks
That 3,5 kg is mainly water( glycogen storage) if your diet had carbohydrates and salt etc.
itd bodyfat , Water most likely and a tiny bit of muscle
Don’t worry.

What @Htobrother said is true. And even if you did lose your gains, regaining them will be much easier now.
