No ,mainly my calorie intake is like 500-1000 kcal only in the weekends i eat more nutritious foods so in the weekend its may bump up to 1400-1500 kcal
Sometimes i do a whole day fast ngl

Thats not true btw you will only gain back water fast but not fat bc you flushed out all the glycogen from your liver
