I lost interest in socializing this year

I arguably had the best classes with people I already knew, but I wasted it

For the first few weeks I was talkative and made conversation but afterwards I suddenly lost the motivation

I’ve been a floater friend most of my life and I guess I finally got sick of it

I only talk to a few people regularly now and I speak when spoken too

I think my conversational descent started freshman year

Some people realize it and have commented on it saying “you’re so quiet this year” and one nga said “why are you alonemaxxing)

I’ve lost so many friends and potential friends because of this. I still have a few that I could hit up and kick it with and I’m grateful for it

i feel exactly the same way except i js have no friends now

but my school is structured in a way that forces social interaction (no lone desks, group projects every 10 days etc) so i am forced into groups with them, where they just want me to do all the work and in free time orbit around them but never say anything

That shit sucks bro no lone desks is crazy. I do the same shit in lunch I just sit with a group of people I know but barely talk to
