i lost my front tooth. what do i do?

i was drunk last night and climbed into some farm area with cows, they started chasing me and my mates, it was dark and i ran full speed no bracing for impact into a fence, my front tooth is gone and my face was bloody. luckily i wasn't knocked out or anything

what do i do? should i get a bone graft and tooth implant, im guessing for both it will be around 7k, anyone got an idea of the cost and how to go about the whole situation?

money is not the issue, i have quite a lot saved up but im more concerned if this will leave any long term looksmins. that is my main concern and thats what i want to resolve. i have heard losing a tooth can shrink your jaw but a bone graft can negate that

How bad are we talking?
Is the entire tooth missing or is it split in half?
It's very important that you don't get an infection so try to keep your mouth clean with mouth wash.
