1 question…how?

Height, i was tall and i had jew vegan diet becouse of my loon family, i had big deficiencies and i was very tall at the time, i was 5' 6.5" at the end of 15, i researched how to get taller and got to 5' 9" in 5 months now i see no more growth, i could have been 6' 4"


Looks, i was very skinny at the time and i got good genetics so i looked good, i can't pinpoint what was it exactly but maybe it was the chewing that i did wrong or minor weight gain or the subliminals that made my forhead bigger i got attraction back then now i get none it's painful


Intellegnce, i suffered from extreme chronic anxiety, i was intellegt and could think about jokes from thin air and write high level text, now none


Discipline, i had great discipline which made me be able to so crazy stuff and force myself through pain, i had the ocd psychosis back then and i heard voices that forced me to do shit ALL THE TIME
