I lost my NT ability

I am 187 tall, 20 years old with a normal body and a low-mid MTN face. I live in a country where the average appearance is mid LTN. There have been girls who liked me before and evaluated my dating and flirting attempts positively. But 2 years ago, I was kicked out after a small period of time with a girl I was in love with, and in the process of 2 years, I was rejected by 2 girls I opened up to in order to forget her a little bit. My idealization of that girl, my rejection 2 times in a row, and the fact that there were no girls flirting with me because I stayed in the same social cycle... This turned me into a lonely and far from NT, insecure man who was afraid of rejection. What are your suggestions on the spiritual side of things and not on the appearance side?
