Whe I was a kid I used to talk like a little professor while now I lost this skill.
I tried to talk more simply and I'm conscious about every single word I say, also sometimes I feel like I'm thinking about the right words even if I have nothing to say.
Sometimes i block mid sentence because I don't know how to complete what I'm saying.
Sometimes i stutter too.

Also when I was a kid I was fast at talking while now I feel like I have to think about every words and it's slower.

I don't know if its aphasia since I'm 28

I kind of have the same op, I always call it verbal dyslexia lol. Please dm if you find anything that helps

Just talk fast and if your talking is faster than your thinking simply add word fillers like "know what I'm sayin'?!!", "shiet nigga!", "that shit is whack!", etc...

I've gone through stages of both also, having verbal fluency and not. I think its more to do with subconscious anxiety bro and I noticed i do better when I'm looking good and actually doing interesting things in life, you just become more in-tune with the world

Happened to me too. I'm 90% sure it comes from spending time on the internet in places like this, and talking to people who aren't very smart. You start to formulate your thoughts in simple ways, to not confuse people, then your thoughts start to become simpler as well.

Really good reason to spend less time online, TBH.

Welcome to life pal. All humans experience neuronal loss/fluid intelligence decline past the age of 25.

Now there are exerbating factors. Like @freeone12 said, you most likely spend time multitasking here on the internet, you probably find focusing on something, like a book, hard due to your fcked up reward system. You most likely don't socialize/learn new vocabulary/or read and and apply yourself very little. This should be what you are working on first.

Also manipulating neurogenic factors may aid in neuroplasticity downstream, and may slow (or even reverse) cognitive decline. I will post my neurogenesis guide sometime this year, if I ever finish the damn thing.

So how can I improve bdnf and neurogenesis?

Its called being verbally inept. Happens due to lack of verbal communication with other people and lack of reading complex texts. It can be remedied by talking with yourself out loud and by reading books (like real 300 page books, preferably high literature novels such as russian/french/english 19th century literature).

Verbal part of your brain went to shit, it atrophied like muscles do when u dont work them out

Shit years ago my verbal fluency was good and I was quick when it comes to replying when people asked me something.

Also my short term memory is completely fucked...I forgot what I need to say or forgot words when talking.
Its like my attention is related to hearing my voice when speaking.

Most people who talk a lot and fast, actually have very little to say - they use a ton verbal fillers and repeat the same ideas over and over again. Still, most of them are considered very NT and have a fulfilling social life...

You probably have autism?

i started doing drugs and lost everything

Aha I had guessed that one already 🙄 any further info?

no idea. but i'd say spending time in nature and minimizing exposure to electronic devices and the internet is very underrated

You probably just got damaged mentally from years of social isolation/negative interactions. Try out this technotutor thing that I'm using, it helps out.
