I lost strenght recently aswell, on some exercises.. I can bench more but pulldown less :dafuckfeels:

Weekly is
Shoulder focused all heads
Bicep long head short head
Forearms focus once a week then indirectly
Then lats chest abs
Basically all upper with 0 legs

I quit mine because they made me an entirely different person which felt bad, but if it helps with dieting..

But at that point i could just hop on reta..

Hitting legs is important bro not only just to get ur legs stronger but because these exercises like squats are benefitial to GH and test.
