i was 57.8kg yesterday, so i go crash out at mcdonalds today, get 3 burgers, 6 nuggets, 2 drinks and 1 big fry with cheese and bacon and i come back to a stunning 57.4kg.

That’s because when you eat you swallow the food which digest in your stomach which effect your GLP-1 which make you feel less hungry which can result in losing weight which can result in you making a thread about it on looksmax.org on the offtopic subforum which will result you are a loser.
