If you follow ray peat, yeah. and i had no issues with it and i am doing already for like 1 month

but you have to take k2 with i think you should dose it like 1mg k2 with every 500mg aspirin and ofcourse some food

500mg is way to much especially everyday. I take roughly 166mg (break one pill with my palm into three slightly uneven thirds) before gym. Only downside is that it inhibits sulfotransferase enzyme activity in hair follicles so minoxidil doesn't work properly

why fin and dut at the same time?

using both is a high IQ move to eliminate any possible neurosteroid drop that dut may cause. Low dose fin (0.2-0.5mg) maintains your neurosteroid balance avoiding full systemic crash. Btw that doesn't mean fin monotherapy is the move. Dut is a way superior drug.
