i love/hate night time depersonalization

a specific song/video can trigger this feeling,
once it starts it never stops.

all of a sudden, all my stress is gone, no more motivation to work;
i just want to tweak out completely, in a body that isn't mine.

sadly this feeling will go away at around midnight and i'll suddenly get overwhelmed by the work that i thought "didn't matter".
i don't know what this is called or what there is to fix this, if anything.
