Hot sauce is so great, there are so many low calorie delicious hot sauces of varying flavours and strengths. I like crystal lousiana hot sauce and also habanero hot sauce with scotch bonnet. They are great for lean maxing because low calories and turns bland chicken breast and rice into a flavourful meal. The only issue is that the tend to have a lot of salt in them but if you don't use too much, supplement with potassium and avoid other sources of sodium, you shouldn't get bloated.
