A scam profession for the most part.
Many le therapists are dumb young foids who obviously couldn't pursue an engineering career so they resorted to scamming people.
It's not to say no good psychologist exists, but this culture surrounding le therapy is ridiculous.
For the most part you're paying a hefty sum just to talk to someone, something that doesn't yield any fruit until late on and that's assuming the therapist is actually good.
I do think therapy helps, when done by a true professional not some dumb foid with a meme degree.
