went on a trip this summer, was amazing asf, felt human again.

I didnt leave the basement for months and i was prime duke dennis. Anywhere i go out to do activities i feel human and cherished by people for once in my life. And this has caused me to be a better person. I say thank you now if someone holds the door for me, despite having absolute inability to speak, I go outside literally everyday no questions asked.

As I type my legs fucking hurt and have blisters from how much grass ive been touching.

Once you love whats in front of your mirror and your phone camera when u whip it out, u will love others and people will see u love yourself and have some form of ego and selfworth and will treat you with dignity and respect in this world.

lookism has saved my life, i always wasnt satisfied what was in front of the mirror and felt like shit cuz of it. When u literally go to a restaurant and have foids looking at u in an ioi way and not in a disgustful stare and your just out with friends enjoying life.

If you have looksmaxxed to the point where u can be happy when looking in the mirror, you have won. Dont take it for granted. Theres of course still probably some more road for me to cover in my journey and I want to keep improving but i will never forget from where it all started
