i have found that it can slighlty swell your upper eyelids but its not that noticeable. Also with big doses or extended periods it can somehow make you look little worse or tired
i havent tried phenibut. im not really looking to get high so pregab is enough for me
Phenibut doesn't necessarily get you "high" - Phenibut just does everything pregab does but better.

150 is good, just try it by yourself first
pregab definitely lowers inhib, but i mainly felt tired and lacked the sufficient energy to actually be engaged in a conversation with someone, like lazy almost. the first time i took it was 150mg and lowkey didn't feel jack shit, maybe a 15% inhib decrease. the next day i took 300mg and it lowered inhib by a lot, but just felt all tired and shit, im thinking about trying phenibut

trust me bro phenibut in higher doses ( 2.5g+ ) its crazy. You give like zero fuck, you feel great and your head is spinning but comfortably haha. I have ordered pregab and thinking of doing 150mg first time or is it better to do 300mg right away , also with like 15mg baclofen im thinking

learned this quickly, going from giga nt mogging with pregab to without it makes me want to ldar, everything is extremely boring without it, absolutely cant take more than once a week
u should try 150mg first, some people need higher doses to feel something and some don't, but me personally i needed 300mg
