It's bad when you don't clean your skin properly, so you need to double cleanse and ideally exfoliate once or twice a week

If you're in Europe get the La Roche posey UVmune anti dark spots. It's one of the most potent sunscreens atm

unfortunately I'm an oceaniacel so I just use neutrogena which is also good. I think they do sell la roche around here but its just giga expensive

yeah I keep a mist spray with me to quickly reapply. feels good going out knowing the sun isn't raping your skin I reapply multiple times everyday since I'm outside a lot and it's Australia
