It is not effortless you are in pain and hot all the time and such, I personally have nerve damage so it even helps in degrading my nerves, but ye its still peak

It also makes RHR go boom at high dose and makes sleep not very good

im okay with it as long as it gets me skinny without me having to go to the gym and showing my ugly body to people
