Now I have heard this ethnic girl at my work is complaining to the boss that I am ignoring her and she goes up to guys around me and tries to talk loud to signal she is around for whatever reason

I have different criteria than you, so it's fine for me. I respect the people who let me in their country, why would I be rude to them. But it's ok to attack ethnic girls and make them feel bad, it's free and no moral consequence
