Total a day i take 1 pill but sometimes 2 which is 75mg. Personally i take them before training because i can lift harder and maybe before sleep sometimes. Been doing it now for almost 3 years and sometimes i stop for 1 month to feel the effects again.
Be careful with that dose bro it's very addictive from what i've heard. They gave it to me for hernia and it's crazy how good it works honestly

Yeah kinda, it still works for pain always but it doesn't feel the same mentally
I also did benzos in very small dosis but stopped, also given by the doctor. Great for sleep
